I wonder if Final Fantasy 17's turn based combat will be similar to Final Fantasy X's turn based combat, or have something similar to that of Baldur's Gate 3.

Fire Emblem Awakening may have saved the franchise due to how successful the game was in sales. But Three Houses sold way more copies than the previous Fire Emblem Titles. The game also won a lot of awards in that time.

Metroid Prime 4 is easily most exciting on the list for me. But Echoes of Wisdom, Mario & Luigi Brothership, and Dragon Quest III HD2D are my easy top 3 for me.

Not to be negative but people are acting excited this could do better sales wise than Dread. It has to do 4 million in sales bare minimum. I’m sure that’s a slight disappointment unless Nintendo grades this franchise differently for the hard core fan. But yea anything below 4 million has to be seen as a failure. I hope it does well north of 5 million, but not sure if this gameplay is going to do it for people. Hopefully the next trailer has a wow factor. I love 2d Metroid more than most anything. 3d Metroid with the combat is just OK(Remastered is still an impressive game though). I wanted to see improvements. Let’s see what happens.

I tend to side with Nintendo on this one. If they are putting their stamp on something I don't really care who the developer is. For third party games I think it matters to me a lot who the developer is. If a game is developed or published by Atlus for example that means a lot to me. Other lesser known developers not so much. Edit: I'm not gonna buy Paper Mario because I played that as a kid. I'll definitely pick mario and Luigi up because it is brand new.

I now realize I would love a Prime Hunters Remaster, better controls and better graphics. And super stoked, I always played as sylux in hunters, his 3 bomb insta kill was amazing

Lightning Returns has the most complex system in the trilogy and is kind of what FF16 wishes to be in terms of the amount of variety and builds one can have.

I was underwhelmed. I feel like the 2D series is doing alot more. If I were to score Metroid Dread's Reveal in comaparison to Metroid Prime 4's reveal, I would give Metroid Dread's reveal a 9 out of 10 and Metroid Pirme 4's reveal a 7 out of 10

Metroid Prime 4 reminds me so much of Halo 4 from 2012 which is funny since they both have “4” in their name.
